will·ing adjective 1. ready, eager, or prepared to do something.
Seeing this definition of willing, I realize that I am often ready and eager to do something, but often lack in preparation. It is something I have probably dealt with all of my life. I mean, there are things that I have been prepared for in life. But, too often, I am not at all prepared for things or I am partially prepared. Preparation requires planning and let’s face it…I’m bad at planning. Actually, I don’t know if that is true. Perhaps I am good at planning and poor at implementing. That is really more the case. So, I think I need to be willing to be TOTALLY willing. I need to be ready, eager AND prepared to do something! And I need to IMPLEMENT the preparation.
